Cllr Robinson outlined the details of the application and the history relating to the Byway in question. The Application had been made by the Friends of Dorset Rights of Way to change the bridleway in to a Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT). He said that comments must be made to Dorset County Council by the extended date of 17/10/18.
He explained that following advice from Anne Brown at DCC RWO office, Tony Langdown and he are in the process of obtaining as many written statements as possible by long term residents of the Parish who can testify to the uses made of the bridleway in question and any gates.
